Robert Bennett is CEO of First Lexington Corporation, which is a Dallas-based venture capital and private equity firm formed in 1970, acting as a merchant bank in the lower middle market. Mr. Bennett has operating expertise in finance, manufacturing, technology and media. He specializes in acquiring, managing, and growing lower middle market companies in select strategic markets.
The firm has enjoyed successful past exits in technology, communications, and media. Currently, Mr. Bennett serves as the CEO for several portfolio companies in various industries, including aerospace, data, construction, and manufacturing.
He holds an MBA from University of Southern California, and has been in the private equity markets in Dallas for over 25 years.

Daniel Boarder has more than 20 years of professional experience in a variety of roles including assisting private equity firms and corporate buyers in evaluating potential company merger and acquisition targets. During the course of his career, Daniel has managed several hundred engagements with transaction values ranging from less than $1 million to over $750 million. Daniel also provides evaluations of post-transaction matters such as working capital analysis and related negotiations.
Mr. Boarder holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from University Missouri-Kansas City.

John O’Neill's primary focus is on out-of-court restructurings within the middle market. He specializes in providing restructuring advisory services, as well as traditional corporate finance and investment banking services to private companies and private equity portfolio companies. John has diverse industry experience, including over twenty-plus years of corporate and middle market banking.
Although initially trained as a middle market, commercial banker, he started his restructuring advisory career managing Chanin Capital Partners' Dallas office. He also worked for Barrier Advisors and Imperial Capital.
Mr. O’Neill earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Caddo Lake Capital
Jared Earles is a Director at Caddo Lake Capital, Jared focusing on deal sourcing, financial analysis, industry-specific research, and transaction management. Caddo Lake Capital is a Dallas-based generalist M&A advisory firm, which specializes in investment banking, buy-side and sell-side advisory, and capital sourcing.
In July, Jared closed a $50M transaction on behalf of the owners of a specialty underground contractor. He also has expertise in healthcare services, multi-unit retail, media services, and telecom infrastructure.
Jared has a BA in Global Economics from UC Santa Cruz. He also received a certificate from Fudan University in Shanghai.

Dustin is a Private Client Specialist with CrossFirst Bank in Dallas, providing senior debt to family offices and other “funded” sponsors. With senior loan advances up to $25M, his focus is on helping clients with private investments in the lower middle market with an EBITDA range of $1M - $15M. CrossFirst Bank, based in Kansas City, has assets totaling over $3.5B, with a Dallas presence since 2016.
