Brian Dick – CEO of 1GNITE, a business innovation and incubation firm in Frisco.
1GNITE was founded by Brian Dick. Brian was the President, CEO and Co-Founder of Quest Resource Management Group (NASDAQ: QRHC). Quest was a startup waste and recycling management company.
It was through this business that Brian realized the opportunity to combine the core values of what he believed made Quest successful which were INNOVATION and ONE STOP SERVICE thus creating 1GNITE.
Jonathan Collura – Director of SAF Capital Partners, an Investment banking firm in Dallas.
Mr. Collura is a financial consultant with 16+ years of experience in banking and corporate finance. He has handled middle market transactions in commercial and industrial (C&I), oil & gas and commercial real estate (CRE).
In 2010, Mr. Collura started a boutique corporate finance company (1836 Capital, LLC) facilitating mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and refinances, as well as growth and expansion capital.
Michael Ehrich – Director of Unum Partners, a capital brokerage firm for technology in Dallas.
When Michael was a 19-year-old college student, he co-founded AIO Network Solutions in New Jersey. Throughout Michael’s college years, the company remained small, but once he graduated, he started running the business full time. The business expanded to Massachusetts in 2006 and to Dallas in 2007. AIO was acquired by ERGOS Technology Partners in May of 2015.
Michael’s other entrepreneurial experiences include; a real estate investment company, a home theater company, and a health-food and smoothie restaurant. He is currently a Managing Partner at both Unum Partners, LLC (a premier business and capital brokerage firm) and Konsulere, LLC (a management consulting company).
