Oasis is an $8 billion revenue company serving over 7,000 clients; approximately 220,000 worksite employees and has 52 offices nationwide. She enjoys working with small to mid-size business owners in helping them streamline their administrative employee related tasks and responsibilities in the areas of payroll administration, risk management, employee benefits and Human Resources. John is Regional Vice President for Associated Receivables Funding, Inc. AR Funding focuses on providing working capital financing secured by accounts receivable (factoring) to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. His responsibilities include the origination and growth of new business in the Southwest Region. With fifteen plus years of factoring knowledge coupled with twenty plus years’ entrepreneurial experience thru business ownership, John truly understands client wants and needs in their search for funding. Jeff Merritt is the Managing Partner with Merritt Sadler Group, LLP, a consulting firm specializing in corporate restructuring, performance improvement and financial advisory services to middle-market companies. He has 21 years of corporate restructuring, operational improvement and interim management experience in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Merritt has served as interim CEO, CFO, CRO and financial advisor to boards of directors, owners and lenders for both financial and operational turnarounds, as well as companies in transition.
Jan Bellah is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Triumph Business Capital, a subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp. Triumph Business Capital is a commercial finance company specializing in the factoring of receivables. Jan joined Advance Business Capital LLC dba Triumph Business Capital in early 2005. She has worked as a part of the senior management team to grow the business to be a leader in the marketplace. Prior to joining Triumph, Jan served as Assistant Vice President of Operations for Heller Financial. Jan obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Texas Women’s University, Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF) as awarded by the International Factoring Association.
