Tom joined Riviera Finance in 2010 and is responsible for new business in Dallas/Fort Worth as well as all other cities throughout North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. Riviera Finance provides full service, non-recourse factoring for small and medium-size businesses that have annual revenue of $50,000 - $20,000,000. Riviera was established in 1969 and has 18 offices throughout the U.S. and Cananda. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Central Florida.

SECRETARY. Ryan Austin joined Catalyst in January 2009. Ryan is responsible for business lending and development in and around Texas with emphasis in the North Texas market. He began his career with a Houston firm responsible for Accounts Receivable Management / Reconstruction for hospitals. Prior to joining Catalyst, he worked for Bank of America/Countrywide acting as Group Manager/VPSL in their Consumer Markets Division. TREASURER. In 2007, Kirby formed KD Factors & Financial Services, LLC. In his capacity as Owner and President, he oversees all aspects of the Grapevine factoring business. Kirby earned his B.B.A in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. After graduation, Kirby joined a large regional public accounting firm in their assurance and advisory service group (auditing). He obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in 2002. In 2004, he joined a local invoice factoring, company as their Vice President of Operations.

He began his career with Citibank in Liberia as an economic advisor and then joined Robert Fleming Merchant Bank in Leeds, U.K. to create a national sales force. Francois earned a Bachelor's Degree from Middlesex University in London in Business Studies. He is fluent in 3 languages and is a twice decorated Gulf War Veteran.

Gen graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with an Economics and Business degree and has worked in factoring, asset-based lending, traditional banking, and franchise factoring over the past 15 years. Mr. Nay has over 15 years of commercial banking experience in the Central Region.
