It is a rare individual who has a career epiphany by tying together all of ones life and work experience into a focused future in sales training.  Scott A Sherwin is that individual who by virtue of 20 years in many areas of sales and sales training experience finally found the ideal vehicle for imparting unique sales training to the business sector.  The Sandler Sales System is that vehicle and Sales Mastery Consultants Inc. is it's 'set of wheels'.

In 2004, Scott brought his long track record and well rounded experience in sales training and in the insurance / health management sales sector to Sandler.  In performing in senior level sales management posts over the years, he keenly observed first-hand where sales teams could flourish with imaginative and unique approaches to clients or... often fail with 'band aid' 'quickie' courses.  Thus, the Sandler Sales System was easily identified by Mr. Sherwin as the one-of-a-kind system that had the greatest potential and reputation for successful sales training that sticks.
