Before establishing The
Weston Group in 1997,
Dan Weston served as
Vice President of Human
Resources for Greyhound
Lines, Inc. and General
Manager of a national
consulting firm
specializing in
organizational change
and career transition.
Dan spent fifteen years
at the Cox School of
Business at Southern
Methodist University
where he was responsible
for External Affairs and
Executive Education.
While at SMU, Dan also
taught in the Executive
MBA Program and served
as Associate Dean for
eight years. Earlier
positions include Vice
President of Research
for an oil field service
company, various
management positions in
marketing and human
resources, chemist, and
Navy Supply Corps
Officer. He has served
as Chair of the Child
Care Group and as a
director of numerous
other non-profit
organizations.
The Weston Group
consults with executives
on individual and
organizational
effectiveness. Through
diagnosis, design,
consultation/training,
and follow-up, clients
are empowered to produce
improved performance and
results. The Weston
Group has led consulting
projects that created
value for over 70
organizations in a wide
variety of industries,
organization sizes, and
performance issues.

Group, Dan conducts
assignments individually
and in alliance with
other consults.
