Timothy W. Stute is a Senior Vice President who joined Milestone Merchant Partners in August 2001. At Milestone, Mr. Stute is responsible for the origination and execution of corporate finance and financial advisory assignments for the firm’s community bank and specialty finance clients, with a particular focus on the asset based lending, factoring, and leasing sectors. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Stute was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group of First Union Securities, Inc. (now Wachovia Securities, Inc.) in Charlotte, North Carolina. At First Union, Mr. Stute was involved in over 25 corporate finance transactions with aggregate value in excess of $15 billion. Mr. Stute received his Bachelor of Science in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University.
