Jesus Cañas Associate Economist Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Jesus Cañas is a member of the regional Fed group and analyzes the regional economy, with special focus on the Texas/Mexico border region. His research also focuses on issues pertaining to the Mexican economy. Cañas has written articles for various Federal Reserve Bank publications and academic journals. He holds a BA in economics and finance and MS in economics from the University of Texas at El Paso.
